NCS4000 is a new distributed fieldbus control system. It is suitable for medium and large scale industrial control environment, and provides the control functions such as  process control, logic control and batch control. It also can be widely used in metallurgy, cement, coke, sewage treatment, petroleum, chemical and other fields.

1. Complied with medium/large-scale industrial applications, 16000 physical connectivity points

2. Complied with Fieldbus interface modules, to connect more physical I/O points

3. The minimum scanning period for the application process is 20ms

Open and Digital:

1. Complied with the High Speed Ethernet (FF HSE) and EPA standards

2. Complied with the Fieldbus Protocols such as FF, HART, Modbus, etc.

3. Complied with the Programming Language Standard: IEC61131-3

4. Open data access interface, which is complied with the OPC standard

System Hardware Structure:

NCS4000 Control System is structured by the Super Management, Control Station, Field Equipment. The Field Equipment consists of intelligent sensors, transmitters, actuators, according to the Fieilbus Communication Protocol, together with other traditional instruments and analog signals.
